We pride ourselves on working with an amazing local team, offering you the best possible experience.
All of the guides and cooks have proven knowledge, experience, professionalism and communication skills. Several of them are graduates from Tanzanian Universities and hold first aid / wilderness first responder medical licenses. We also provide the team with regular training to ensure they are able to deal with any situation that may arise. All of the team members love their jobs and receive the best working conditions. They all have a passion for nature and as such wish to share their knowledge with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
